  • Kimchi jjigae ingredients


- 150g beef or pork, thinly sliced or diced into medium pieces
- 200g tofu, diced into medium pieces
- 150g kimchi, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/2 red chilli pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoons soy sauce
- 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic
- 0.5 tablespoon beef stock
- 500ml water

Step 1 : Heat the oil in a medium sized pot and sauté the pork over medium heat.

Step 2 : Add kimchi cut into bite-sized pieces, sliced green onion and red pepper, and stir them for another 3 minutes.

Step 3 : Add water, minced garlic, beef stock, and soy sauce and boil for about 3 minutes.

Step 4 : Push the ingredients to one side with a spoon, place the tofu on one side. Boil for about 3 more minutes. then serve it!
