  •  What is Mapa dubu?

  • Mapadubu ingredients


- 100g minced pork, 
- 1 tofu, diced into medium pieces
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 250ml water
- 3 tablespoons starch(water 1 : flour 1) 
- 2 tablespoons ssamjang(or 1 tablespoon doenjang and 1 tablespoon gochujang)
- 1 tablespoon chilli pauder(gochugaru)
- 1 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced black pepper

- 500ml water

Step 1 : Wash vegies and cut them and dubu(tofu).

Step 2 : Add the onion to an oiled pan and sauté over medium heat until onion is clear color.

Step 3 : Add minced meat with black pepper, keep stiring for about 3 minutes more.

Step 4 : Add water, ssamajng, chilli pauder, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, an minced garlic and Stir to be mixed well.

Step 5 : Add tofu and sliced green onion, stir carefully for 3minutes more, dubu(tofu) can be crushed easilly.

Step 6 : Add starch and carefully stir again 1 minutes. and then let's serve it with rice!
