- 2 medium-sized eggplants (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/4 onion (sliced)
- 1 green onion (sliced)
- Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 0.5 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of gochugaru(chili powder)
- Optional : 1 chilli pepper, sliced

Step 1 : After washing the vegetables, cut them diagonally.

Step 2 : Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, gochugaru(chilli powder), and sugar to the bowl and stir to combine.


Step 3 : Heat the sesami oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat, add green onion for about 1minute.

Step 4 : Add onion, and eggplant. cook until softened, 5-6minutes.(optional : chilli pepper)

Step 5 : Pour marinade to vegies, stir and mix to combine well.



Step 5 : Spread sesami seed and serve.
