- 400g thinly sliced beef (sirloin, rib eye or tenderloin)
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green onions, chopped
- 0.25 carrot, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 syrup(no or less flavour)
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 tablespoons sesame oil
- 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic
- 0.5 tablespoon mirin (rice wine) or sake

Step 1 : In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, mirin (or sake), and black pepper.
