- 150g beef or pork, thinly sliced or diced into medium pieces
- 200g tofu, diced into medium pieces
- 1/4 zucchini, diced into medium pieces
- 1/4 potato, diced into medium pieces
- 1/4 onion, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons Doenjang(Korean soybean paste)
- 1 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chilli paste)
- 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic
- 0.5 tablespoon beef stock
- Optional : 1/5 chillies, sliced thinly
- Optional : 0.5 teaspoon gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes)
- 600g water

Step 1 : Wash all vegies and cut them all

Step 2 : Add water, doenjang, gochujang, minced garlic, beef stock and stir to mix doenjang and gochujang well into water(Optional : gochugaru).

Step 3 : if boiling, add meat and potato and cook 4 mins.

Step 5 : Add zucchini, onion and cook 2 mins(Optional : chillies).

Step 6 : Add tofu in the middle and cook 2 mins more, and then serve it.
